Return & Refund Policy

At House of Aesthetics (HOA), we strive to provide you with exceptional dermatology products and services tailored to give you a seamless experience.

  • Payment Terms: We use a third party payment provider for processing online payments on our website. The user’s order is deemed complete once he/she has made the payment by any of these modes – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UPI, Debit Cards, or Net banking. All prices are in INR (Rs.). We will not process your order until we receive full payment for the same.
  • Refund and Return Policy: Once purchased, our products & services cannot be returned.
  • Cancellation of order: If you cancel your order before the order is dispatched. Only in that case, we can accept your cancellation request.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for delivered orders.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you are awaiting a refund, please first double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for refunds to be processed. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at info@hoadelhi.in.
  • Sale Items: We regret to inform you that sale items cannot be refunded; only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Exchanges: We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please email us at info@hoadelhi.in and return your item to B-23, Ground Floor, N Block Market, Greater Kailash -1, New Delhi.
  • Shipping: We offer shipping through trusted third-party courier partners. Shipping times vary depending on location and circumstances, ranging from 3 to 15 days.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive damaged products, kindly email pictures of the items to info@hoadelhi.in. We will recall and return the products to the manufacturer for replacement. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days.
  • Return Process: To return your product, please mail it to B-23, Ground Floor, N Block Market, Greater Kailash -1, New Delhi. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
